rmward: The complex math our brains are capable of is amazing, and the fact that it’s approximate and completely non-numerical makes it all the more fascinating to me. I’d love to understand how our brains can instinctively figure out the flight path of a thrown ball, but (most of us) can’t do relatively simple multiplication in our heads. Interesting article.
